We have recently added the Unban Center module to our systems. This powerful module allows for our clients to be able to unban their current IP address after entering in their password incorrectly too many times. 

Previously, when accessing your cPanel account, e.g. cp1.yourdomain.com, if you entered the wrong password more than 3-5 times, the system would automatically block your IP address and your account would be frozen until a Nuagerie member could unban your settings. Now, thanks to Unban center, all Nuagerie customers have the capability to unban themselves right from their Client Area. 

If your IP address has been banned due to unsuccessful password entries: 

1. Log in to https://www.nuagerie.com/client-area 
2. Click on the Services tab or the My Products & Services drop-down option 
3. Click on IP Unban Center 
4. Select the product you want to unban by clicking on the small lock on the right-hand side. 
   • Please note that the Unban Center is only available for our cPanel hosting clients for now 
5. The fields for ‘Username’, ‘Password’, and ‘IP Address’ should be filled in automatically.  
6. Click on the Unban button. You will be notified immediately once your IP address has been removed from our blocked list.
