Error with my Registration?

Thanks to our powerful backend service, our registration system should be as simple and pain-free as possible. However, there will be times when our fraud detectors will not allow you to continue with your purchase.

If at some point during or after your registration, you see an error message that involves either:

  • MaxMind
  • VariLogiX FraudCall

then your registration has triggered our automatic fraud detection. If this is the case, please make sure to contact us immediately.

Steps to take

Once your account has triggered an error message, you will need to contact our support team in order to continue with your registration.

Please note that our team will require 2 forms of identification from you in order to verify that it is really you.

Here are the different kinds of identification that our agents will accept:

  • A passport from the country you are living in at the time of registration
  • A Canadian passport with photo
  • A Permanent Resident card with your signature
  • A driver's license or permit
  • Any other valid form of government-issued ID

Please make sure that the information on the form(s) of identification matches the information you used to register your account. If it does not, make sure to let us know when you send us the copies.
