How to sign in to your Nuagerie Client Area

Your Client Area brings together the services, support requests and account information you are permitted to access. Use the official address instead of a link in an unexpected email.

  1. Open the Nuagerie Client Area in your browser.
  2. Check that the address belongs to www.nuagerie.com and that the browser reports no certificate problem.
  3. Enter the email address and password associated with your user account.
  4. Complete any additional verification enabled for your account.

The client account is separate from credentials for cPanel, WordPress or an email mailbox. If you manage several accounts, check that you are viewing the one associated with the service you need.

Forgotten password or missing access

Use the reset option shown on the sign-in page. Check the mailbox associated with the account, including its spam folder. If you no longer control that address or cannot find an expected service, contact Nuagerie so the situation can be reviewed.

Do not send passwords, temporary codes, recovery keys or password-reset links in a support request. Identity verification may be required before access can be changed.

On a shared device

Avoid saving credentials and sign out when finished. If you suspect unauthorized access, report it and change the password from a trusted session.

Keep your service conversations in one place

Before a renewal, launch or significant change, identify the relevant service and any existing requests. That context helps our team connect your needs with the environment you use and continue the conversation without asking you to explain the issue again from the beginning.

Planning to grow a website or add a service? Describe the outcome you want in a request from your Client Area. Our support request guide explains which details help make the conversation useful.
