If an LC.8 error appears while you use LiteSpeed, the IP address assigned to you has been placed on a blacklist because a nulled (pirated) version of LiteSpeed was installed on it.
Nulled software is illegal and unsafe, even if it appears in most search engine results. When a nulled version of LiteSpeed is detected on an IP address, that address is automatically blacklisted.
