We start with your workflows, the people involved and the documents you manage. The proposal identifies the licences and options needed, including governance, retention and AI. Your organization’s requirements guide the configuration; a feature alone does not establish compliance.
Box Zones offers residency options for content storage at rest, depending on the plan and configuration. We review storage, metadata and processing, including AI, before confirming a residency requirement. A storage zone does not mean that all processing takes place in Canada.

Canadian backups, managed by Nuagerie
For Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, we offer optional managed external backup with copies stored in Canada, helping prepare recovery of the data covered by the engagement.
This backup is separate from the main suite and does not relocate its original data to Canada. The solution, scope, frequency, retention and restoration tests are defined in your proposal.
