Nuagerie accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, as well as Interac e-Transfer and bank transfer. Payment in cryptocurrency, such as bitcoin, is available on request only. PayPal is not offered.
Unless otherwise indicated, invoices are issued in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you pay from another currency, conversion fees and exchange-rate differences are your responsibility.

Credit or debit card
A card is the preferred method if you want your services to renew without any action on your part. When automatic billing is enabled, the card on file is charged on or around the invoice due date.
If the payment is declined, the invoice still has to be paid by its due date. Contact us to update your card or to pay the invoice another way. Never send a full card number by email.
Interac e-Transfer or bank transfer
A transfer works well for larger invoices and contracts. It is not automatic, however: every invoice, including a renewal invoice, needs a new transfer sent by its due date.
- Use the transfer details Nuagerie has provided to you. If you do not have them, request them through our Contact page.
- Include the invoice number in the transfer message or reference.
- Notify Nuagerie of your payment, with the invoice number, the date and the amount sent.
Without an invoice number and a notice, a transfer can be hard to match to the right account. If you receive an unexpected message announcing new banking details, confirm them with Nuagerie through contact details you already know before sending a payment.
Cryptocurrency on request
Payment in cryptocurrency, such as bitcoin, can be considered on request. Contact us before sending anything so that we can agree on the arrangements for the invoice concerned.
